It was great! Thanks so much to Mickie Turk for inviting me and for all the people who work so hard to make the festival a success.
The turnout was impressive for 6 PM on a school night… there were a variety of ages including one young skater who said that she loved the film. Roy joined myself and the festival director, Mickie Turk, for the Q & A session afterward and the audience had a lot of questions. Overall I feel as though people really got into the movie – with unison gasps, laughs and applause. Everyone wants to help Roy find an archive for his home.Wonderful!
